What runs each morning
At 6 a.m. the system checks each sending IP against 6 blocklists. At the same time it scores each customer domain’s mail DNS on 5 items. The five are MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and PTR. All 5 is a 10.
Results go to the log. Anything below threshold shows as an alert on the on-duty staff screen.
Why MonMon is strict here
One listed IP drags down every domain sharing it. So MonMon keeps four rules. A new IP must be clean before serving customers. A new IP warms up for 2 to 4 weeks. Each mailbox sends at most 200 messages a day. No bulk marketing mail on shared infrastructure.
What you get
Mail from your domain ships with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place on handover day. The monthly report lists messages sent, messages bounced and the DNS score. If a shared IP ever has a problem, MonMon reroutes. You hear about it before you notice.
