Email & operations

37 mailboxes, one day, not a single email lost.

Changing email systems is what companies fear most. Losing old mail, staff reinstalling everything, new mail going to spam. Anitime did the whole move on 3 October 2026. MonMon now sells that exact process to customers.

How the day went

Morning: all historical mail for 37 mailboxes pulled to the private server, folders and timestamps intact. Noon: MX records switched, new mail starts arriving on the new server. Afternoon: SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place. Test messages to Gmail and Outlook land in the inbox. Evening: mail-tester score 10/10. Staff receive new passwords and a one-page guide.

Why a private server

Mail sits on the company’s own server, backed up nightly. There is no dependence on a third party’s subscription tier. Each mailbox gets 10 to 20 GB. Two-step verification protects admin accounts. When needed, all mail exports in an open standard.

What MonMon customers get

MonMon’s Mail Package repeats this day for you. Migrate old mail from Gmail, Google Workspace or Zimbra. Switch MX at a quiet hour. Install on each person’s device, send test mail before handover. Migration fee: 99 USD per domain.
